DOCUMENT I. STANDARD PROVISIONS SECRET 101. Range of Rules: Applicability; Privileges; Exceptions
(A) Applicability. These kinds of rules govern proceedings in the courts on this state, subject to the conditions stated in section (C) with this rule. (B) Privileges. The rule with respect to privileges can be applied at all phases of all actions, cases, and proceedings done under these types of rules. (C) Exceptions. These rules (other than with esteem to privileges) do not apply in the following situations: (1) Admissibility determinations. Determinations prerequisite to rulings on the vindicability of data when the issue is to be based on the the courtroom under Evid. R. 104. (2) Grand jury. Process before grand juries.
(3) Miscellaneous lawbreaker proceedings. Proceedings for remise or interpretation of fugitives; sentencing; allowing or revoking probation; procedures with respect to community control calamite; issuance of warrants to get arrest, felony summonses and search arrest warrants; and actions with respect to release on protocole or otherwise.
