You will provide an analysis of " The best Dig” structure project (Boston, MA area). You will have to do some investigation and digging (pun intended) for information. You can find all the information you need on the net. However , you don't have to limit your information gathering to the internet if you would like to get creative.
You are going to turn in a paper in Week eight with your examination. You will make use of APA format. A grading rubric follows. The exercise is intended to have you use the understanding of project management gained through this class and apply it to a real situation. You will utilize the PMBOK as a guide to the Process Groups (phases) and Knowledge Areas to become studied, and use the pursuing as a guide for the structure and information preferred.
